Die Flingk KHXL ist ein einzigartige Silozange. Aufgrund der hohen Bisshöhe wird die Silowand oft aufgefrischt, wodurch Futter weniger anfällig für Bruch ist. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass die Silozange nicht weit in die Silo geschoben werden braucht. Aufgrund des kurzen Untermesser kann die Zange leicht entfernt werden, zum Beispiel in den Mischerwagen, und muss nicht weit ausgekippt werden, um zu leeren. Auch löst sich die Silage almählich von der Zange, es kann dadurch in Mischerwagen besser dosiert werden.Aufgrund dass die Hydraulikzylinder in dem Behälter verbaut wirden, ist es möglich dicht an die Silowand zu greifen, um die Menge an Restfutter zu reduzieren. Die Spezialmesser schneiden sanft durch das Silo und ergeben einen sauberen Schnitt. Dies führt auch zu weniger Belastung für die Zange und auf den Frontlader, Radlader oder Teleskoplader.
